My recent stay at Myrtle Cottage was lovely. The location was excellent, with a convenient shop down the road and walking distance to a pub. The cottage had a cosy feel and was well-equipped with everything we needed. I particularly enjoyed the nice patio areas where I could sit out and enjoy the surroundings. The communication from the host was excellent, making our arrival seamless. The beds were comfortable, and the cottage was clean and well-maintained. I highly recommend this cottage for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

Myrtle Cottage had a lovely homely feeling with little touches like real milk and fresh bread that made me feel welcome. The location was great with a shop and pub within walking distance. The room was well-equipped and parking was convenient. The owner was helpful and friendly, and the Christmas decorations added a nice touch.

The morning meal could have been better with a wider selection of options.

I had a fantastic experience staying at this charming character property in a lovely village location. The cottage was well-maintained and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The host, Rob, was easy to communicate with and made the check-in process seamless. I appreciated the thoughtful touches like fresh bread, milk, and other essentials provided. Basic amenities provided with fresh bread, milk, and extra cooking ingredients in the cupboards. Very flexible host who allowed the addition of a family member for one night and a late checkout.
